Watch Trump Carefully And See These
Remember when nobody gave Trump a chance? When everybody said that he wouldn’t make it? Well it looks like he did. We can’t point the finger at how he did it exactly, but our best bet is the usual: entertainment. Trump is not a politician, not by a long shot, but he has proven us that charisma can get you very, very far. But Mr. Trump might have taught us something very important that we should keep in mind.
If charisma and making people laugh gets you far, even in politics, the only major difference is in attitude. It is a little bit abstract, so we want to get into this. Trump excels at extremism, making people smile and feeding them dreams. Perhaps the “I’m going to make America rich” would have worked better in the 60s or 70s and the “this is my hair” too.
But now we live in a world in which these things cannot just go by unnoticed anymore. There are fine details that are always looked at: the way you stand, the way you walk, the way you talk and the way you act. Trump is exceptionally bad at all of these and yes, before you laugh at the fact that we claim that Trump walks badly, we will be discussing this.
For the sake of the argument, let’s look at Obama for a second. Leave you political beliefs behind and just look at his as a man. Obama stands straight, firm, with a position that imposes respect. Not fear, not pride, but respect. His walk is lean and straight, not heavy and demanding. His speech is coherent, held with a deep voice, which denotes seriousness, and with long pauses so that his public can process what he is saying. His decisions are not rushed.
Now let’s look at Trump. He stands straight, but with his chin held up, which denotes pride. He has a heavy walk and his head is leaning downwards, so maybe he is looking down at the world. His speech is filled with incoherence, extremism and held in a high, girly tone, totally not worthy of a presidential candidate. He already made his decisions and some of them could doom us all.
Next time, watch Trump carefully and see these. Then ask yourself if this is the president you want to have for the next few years. And think carefully.
