Tech giants are trying to adapt to the new consumer markets and now Google Chrome comes with new features, one of which selectively pauses the unimportant Flash objects.
Everything comes simplified from the Google direction. You won’t need to be running the beta to try it out and improve the battery life of your mobile device. If you are running with Chrome 43, you can enable the feature yourself.
Auto playing Flash content is known to drain your device’s batteries. This was a good starting point for Google to make improvements. Battery life is essential, even vital to our daily virtual resources.
Every time a new moving illustration pops up on the screens of our mobile devices, battery life is challenged, thus making our smartphones and smart tabs less efficient. From now on, Flash animations will be paused, as they are not central to the webpage anyhow.
This is the first efficient step taken by Google into this particular improvement direction, as by now Chrome only offered two options that are placed at extremes. In the past you could only be able to stop or to allow all flash animation, not to pause it, as the new feature allows for.
This particular update will significantly reduce power consumption and offer a more convenient and efficient way of surfing the web, without the need of a power outlet after only two hours of browsing.
Google Chrome will automatically pause a content that you will not necessarily want to watch but by intentionally clicking on it you will be granted instant access.
There are even more benefits to the new feature, as it makes browsing less harmful for the eyes and makes our brains concentrate more on the things that directly concern us, without unnecessary pieces of content unfolding and annoying us.
You will no longer need an ad-blocker that prevents ads and flash animation from running if you will make a small step to download the upcoming vision of Chrome.
Mobile technology is now becoming a priority for all tech companies, with Google revealing constant upgrades, updates and improvements meant to make the mobile browsing more user friendly. Consequently, sites that aim to rank high on Google must have mobile friendly features. Well, everything in the world must be mobile, as versatility is the key word of our contemporary times.
