The Africa Oil Corporation seems to be having an improvement on their project in Kenya. There are more and more positive signs that their exploration program in Kenya will be a success. The company happily reported the updates of their program. One of the most important reports the Africa Oil Corporation ever gave is their report regarding the Kodos-1 exploration well.
There is a presence of an active petroleum system indicated in the hydrocarbon found from the drilling of the Kodos-1 exploration well in Block 10 BB. It is the first well that has been drilled in the Kerio Basin, located in the South Lokichar Basin. Even when it is drilled in an unfavorable area, because it is near the basin bounding fault, the partnership will still be in discussions to drill more exploration well in Kerio Basin this coming year 2015.
The company is also planning to improve, change and adjust other drilled wells to make the best out of their projects. This means that the well exploration program in Kenya of the Africa Oil Corporation is doing well. This means we can expect a better future for this major project of the Canadian oil and gas company.
