During the developer’s press conference today, Twitter announced that they have come up with a new way to organize and find the tweets you want to share outside Twitter itself. Twitter introduces embedded tweets for non-twitter users and made sharing your stories a whole lot easier and fun.
The product manager from Twitter announced during the same press conference that this can indeed be a groundbreaking event, because, through the use of an embedded tweet everyone can share your story, your narrative from your eyes and point of view.
But there is even more to this than the product manager declared. By using the new embedded tweet service along with the new curator tool and the brand new and cool collections of API, Twitter wants to further expand its grasp. According to the online statistics, Twitter has approximately 300 million fan worldwide. But, Twitter also wants to make an appeal to the non-Twitter users as well.
In the same press conference, Twitter also announced that with the new embedded tweets service, the number of people interested in twitting has reached over a billion worldwide. Although you can’t actually see the posted photos, videos or even thoughts on a Twitter page, you can use this option in order to find and post moments from your own life.
Twitter also announced that they will release a new and improved responsive grid display. This service can let anyone embed their personal photos or videos and turn them into something like of a collage comprised of material gathered from Twitter.
Getting back on the more technical side, Twitter’s brand new tools, the Curator Tool and Twitter Publish can help the journalist to create stories using their own tweets. These tools are able to connect to other services like Datamir and take searching for tweets way beyond Twitter’ official search page. The publishing tool can aid you publish on any website by letting you create your own designation codes for each tweet you with to embed.
Also, to help spread the word around, Twitter announced that he is going to partner up with advertising company JCDecaux. The company is highly specialized in outdoor marketing and advertising services. Representatives from JCDecaux said that they will be displaying tweets on all of its screen, including those from the bus terminals, diners and mall.
