The competition has never been stronger in the world of technology. Apple is facing a failure with their Watch and Samsung is willing to boost its sales with a new phablet. This being told, the battle begins. Samsung has already announced that their Samsung Galaxy Note 5, the direct competitor of the iPhone 6 Plus, will launch this August, to set the competition straight.
For the time being, we don’t know much about the upcoming tablet from Samsung, but instead we know that Apple is trying to break the markets with their iPhone 6S. It will work on iOS 9 and it will provide a better functionality and adaptation capacities for the Apple Watch.
This is high time for both tech giants to showcase some breakthroughs, as both Apple and Samsung are facing some serious setbacks. Apple is suffering as the Watch has dropped in sales with almost 90%. On the other hand, Samsung failed to win many new users with its latest tablet line-up, as their products were launched very close to the iPhone 6 release.
First things first, so let’s start with Samsung Galaxy Note 5. According to some recently leaked rumors, the device will be provided with a metal case, a glass cover on the back, similarly to S6 and it will measure 152.22 x 153 x 76.11mm. The screen is thus most likely to measure 5,7 inches. Note 5 will be highly similar to the Galaxy S6 and it will have a slot for the S-Pen stylus.
When it comes to Apple, the new iPhone 6S will not be dramatically different from its older brother. Everything about it will be about saving the face of the Apple Watch’s sales. The tech leader will offer the new iPhone in the same shade of gold metal the watch comes in.
But nevertheless, when it comes to marketing and sales, Apple stays the leader. The Apple aficionados are more committed to what the company has to offer, compared to those who love to feel a decent Samsung phone or tablet in their hands. In spite of that, Samsung is raising the standards and takes the challenge to release a new handset very close to Apple’s new launch.
We know that Galaxy Note 5 will have an extremely high resolution, following a popular trend defined by very bright and colorful screens. This entertaining handset could also have a 4K screen and a unique feature that makes the smartphone auto-eject on a voice or gesture command.
We expect further notice from Apple who works with discretion and minimalistic information. Apple vs Samsung, let the battle begin!
