The guys from Samsung chose a rather challenging day to launch their new mobile jewelry, namely Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. The great moment of unveiling happened yesterday, at the same time with the first moments of the highly awaited Apple annual conference that is rolling out these days.
This is a good sign for Samsung, as they probably chose this day according to a strong marketing strategy that supports high ambitions and courage. This is a good starting point for Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, which for the moment will be sold exclusively through AT&T, starting with June 12.
As it usually happens with all high end devices, leaks have already appeared long before a launch date was set. However, now we know from official sources that this cutie is pretty much advanced in performance and it comes with some quite exciting specs.
It runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop and it has a 4GB capacity. The display is generous, with a 5.1 inch wide screen HD Super Amoled, allowing a very generous pixel density – 577 ppi. It also offers a 16 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel shooter in the front, for you to take all those selfies you crave for.
Samsung always offered a good chance to take nice pictures, as they are dedicated to creating user-friendly devices that nicely fit on the desires and expectations of the public in our present times. And everyone wants to take pretty pictures.
Samsung Galaxy S6 active also comes with a 64-bit octa-core processor and 32GB of internal storage. The battery is powerful as well, with 3.500 mAh capacity, a little bit larger in comparison with the other alternatives of Samsung Galaxy S6. Everything Samsung offers comes packed with a suitable price, namely $695 off contract or $200 with AT&T two year plan. The price is not as entertaining as its features are, that’s a fact, but every item that is defined by quality has the downside of coming at a very high cost.

Its S6 active casing is shock resistant, dust proof and is set to protect the body from the damage caused by water, hard drops and bumps. You can dive the phone inside water up to a depth of 1,5 meters and it will stay strong for up to 30 minutes.
