Obama’s Opinion On Carson
Finally, we could see Obama’s opinion on Carson this week. Apparently it is not a good once since the current President of the United States believes that Carson is not well-informed enough to deal with ISIS. On the contrary, Obama believes that if Carson took the position as commander and chief against the terrorist organization things might not be going too well.
It all started with Carson’s opinion that defeating the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria would be “fairly easy”. Obama casually stepped in and said that he had spoken to the very best experts who have been dealing with the situation for years and that if Carson thinks he can just take the presidency and see it done, he might be in for a tough surprise that could endanger not only his credibility, but the entire world as well.
Obama said that he thinks “he doesn’t know much about it” and he said so during an interview given to ABC News that aired on Friday. The current U.S. President claimed that he “had access to all the best military minds in the country” and if they believe the entire ISIS situation to be a great challenge, then it surely is. And it will take more than just words to deal with the problem.
In the GOP primary debate that took place Tuesday night, Carson was very bold and admitted that when he will take the presidential title he will “make lSIS look like losers by destroying their caliphate”. Given the circumstances, Carson is entitled to use strong words to maintain his position, but one cannot help but wonder if he went a little bit far this time, if not too far.
In Carson’s mind, after having discussed with “several generals”, the best way to deal with this terrorist group is by taking their lands away. There is no actual plan afterwards, so we can only assume that the military will improvise, but are we really willing to risk the lives of our military for the improvisations of a newly elected president? It doesn’t really seem right.
Carson also believes that China is aiding ISIS by deploying weaponry for them. Obama, on the other hand, has declared that the group is not growing anymore, thus there is greater need to put the organization down before it can rise again.
Is Obama’s opinion on Carson a fair one? Or is it some sort of plot to push voters away from him?
